  • Theodore Kennedy dies the second time.

Ted passed away physically on August 25th of 2009. This so called "Liberal Lion" of the senate now has died a second death on January 19th 2010 with the victory speech of Republican Scott Brown. Brown defeated liberal Martha Coakley who was a Kennedy follower and "blind" supported Obama's agendas to the core.

When all the liberal ideas of Ted Kennedy died Tuesday night in the hearts of his former constituents a shot went around the world once more from the great state of Massachusetts. This shot is perceived to have stopped Obama's (initially written by Kennedy) health care bill. Scott Brown doesn't represent Kennedy's liberal thoughts and campaigned on defeating them. The people voted for a stop to these "agendas" and now we'll see if this will spark a furtherance of defeats in other states. I hope so.

The liberal lion had no more family to hand off his ideas to, yet Obama was declared the fourth brother by Chris Matthews. History has brought an end to the Kennedy office both physically and now ideologically. This election was a referendum about Pres.Obama's performance and ideas as well.

God had mercy on us this Tuesday it seems to me. As I read in Luke 1: 50-52, "And His mercy is on those who fear Him from generation to generation. He has shown strength with His arm; He has scattered the proud in the imagination of their hearts. He has put down the mighty from their thrones and exalted the lowly."

The death of John-John loomed large in 1999 and even larger now in 2010.

There was nothing about this lion which was courageous, he was a glutton for power. None of his ideas were of that sweet smell of freedom. The freedoms which he has taken and threatened are numerous. He was never a statesman, but rather a politician caring more for the retention of power in the family rather than the rule of law and protecting the freedoms of this nation. He wasn't the sharpest tool in the shed when it came to law school either. Thrown out of Harvard for cheating, never made it past the level of private in the army. What a leader, it took his death before the people of Massachusetts woke up, a bit too late I'd say.

I hope Kennedy's liberal ideas would be cast down by the majority of the people in other states, like here in Wisconsin. Let us all wake up to the righteousness of God's word and the rightness or our Constitution, the same Constitution which Ted the "Liberal Lion" has trampled upon for all of his political career.

I can not say that Mr. Scott Brown is any form of a messiah by any means, for he is simply a liberal Republican who won a victory in a very liberal state. I hope that he abides by our Constitution which Kennedy did not do. Lets' all hope that he does, and if not throw him out too.

    Have a blessed day!

  • Not yours to give? I'll give, but not yours.

Charity is another word for Love. If we have no charity our faith is in vain. When we love, we are to love others as ourselves. When we love another we provide nourishment, physical care, and we execute God's laws. We love our neighbor by respecting God's ten commandments which say "You shall not..." Each of these commandments of shall nots also imply that there is a requirement (see the questions about required)  saying "you shall do" also these things revealed by God. When someone is hurting, what do we do? We share their hurts with them, just as we would do in sharing the times of rejoicing.

The U.S. Government is not a benevolent organization. Our Constitution is suppose to be respected and upheld, we are not to spend the peoples money on charity. Charity is the job of the Church, beginning with the individual, then family and businesses. Businesses are an extension of the authority of the family. Civil government is NOT a part of this, it is not the role of civil government.

Charity is a form of sacrifice, civil government can not make sacrifice, nor share in the misery or rejoice in times of joy. it can do none of these. The people as individuals can sacrifice but not the individual politician. It is with no effort that a politician will take another's money and spread the "charity" with another's money. How is this benevolence, and not theft? Taking from a people by force and giving to others via government authority is a form of organized crime.

This is why the restrictions were placed into the constitution, to prohibit representatives from giving tax money away, just as the Obama heath insurance is theft. It prohibits the civil magistrate from being a hero to the people. Promoting the welfare of a people is not meant to benefit just a group of people or a specific geographical area, but rather the people as a whole, such as national defense. The spending which congress can do is spelled out in the Constituion and not in the heart felt feelings of sorrow for a people suffering.

If you deny the restriction which the U. S. Constitution has, then how much are we as a nation suppose to give to Haiti? What will be the goal? What part of Haiti was actually damaged by the earthquake, will that not matter, or are you going to fix ALL of Haiti? There is no way to know how much you could sink into this tragic event. Solutions are hampered when governmental charity forces out the free market. It becomes wastefull, non-strategic and benefiting mostly corrupt or inefficient behaviors.

NO, the government of Obama should not (nor should have Bush) be donating tax money but possibly to be there to protect the American people seeing that there is no structured government to speak of in Haiti currently. If it were left up to the free market then the efficiency of a free market will squeeze the best service and charity out of a dollar. New businesses should be encouraged to take over through possible purchases or via assisting existing businesses and markets to rebuild. Let the free market into Haiti and it will be turned around.

One organization which should be left out is the Roman church and its leftist representative Aristide who was mentioning a possible coming back into Haiti to "help". He's somewhere between Castro and Chavas as far as government is concerned. Liberation theology is what's hurting the people of Haiti and is not a solution and thus neither would be Aristide..

The American people will give, the American Churches will work with the contributions and assist the people of Haiti and help them to help themselves. We don't want tyranical governments to be fighting for a take over now with the people hurting, they'll need protection, but that will be upto the other six million people living there to learn to govern themselves.

    Have a blessed day!

  • It's Christmas!

    The Story of Christmas

The joyous story of the birth of our Lord, Jesus Christ, as told in Scripture, makes up the content of this post. In the first century the Gospel Writers, Matthew and Luke, recorded the Scripture. Yet, we must realize that beyond the joy of the Christmas story lies the “Resurrection” – for the true beauty of Christmas, displayed in the joy of many traditional carols and poems, lies not only in His birth but also in our faith that our Savior lives forever.

    Prophecy of His Coming

Centuries before the first Christmas, the prophets had foretold the coming of Jesus. Also, the angel Gabriel announced His birth to the Virgin Mary. In these Scriptures is expressed confidence in the fulfillment of God's promise of a Saviour.

    Old Testament Prophecies

    • Isaiah 7:14, “Therefor the Lord himself shall give you a sign; Behold, a virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.”

    • Micah 5:2, “But thou, Bethlehem...out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting.”

    • Isaiah 9:2,6,7, “The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light; they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death, upon them hath the light shined. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.”

    Annunciation to Mary

    Luke 1:26-33,38

The angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary. And the angel came in unto her, and said, “Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.”

And when she saw him, she was troubled...And the angel said unto her, “Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God. And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS. He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.” And Mary said, “Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it unto me according to thy word.” And the angel departed from her.

    The Birth of Jesus

There is no better known story referenced than that of the birth of Jesus as told by Luke. Who has not been awed, like the shepherds, as the angelic hosts sang the first Christmas carol, praising God for the Prince of Peace? As we read the Scriptures we share the shepherds' elation and wonderment; and in many carols and poems we continue to express their joy at His birth.

    The Saviour is Born

    Luke 2:1-20

And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus, that all the world should be taxed...And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judaea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David:) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn.”

    The Announcement to the Shepherds

And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And, lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them. “Fear not: for, behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord. And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger.” And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.”

    The Shepherds Sought the Child

And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into heaven, the shepherds said one to another, “Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which is come to pass, which the Lord hath made known unto us.” And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger. And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them concerning this child. And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds. But Mary kept all these things, and pondered them in her heart. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all the things that they had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.

The Visit of the Wise Men

The majesty of God, the miracle of His Son, is no where so provocative to our minds as in Matthew's account of the Visit of the Wise Men. From afar esteemed men, magi, embassadors followed a wondrous star, that they might bow down in adoration and worship before the newborn King. They sought to go before the “temple of the Lord” and give their gifts to the King of the Nations. What is that temple? It is Christ himself who became man. It is that same temple which if destroyed Christ said he would raise again, see John 2:19,21. Who among us has not longed to do likewise, and with carols and poems pay homage to Christ's Crown and Kingship?

The Story Of The Wise Men

    Matthew 2:1-16, 19-23

Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, saying, “Where is he that is born King of the Jews? For we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.” When Herod the king had heard these things, he was troubled, and all Jerusalem with him. And when he had gathered all the chief priests and scribes of the people together, he demanded of them where Christ should be born. And they said unto him, “In Bethlehem of Judaea: for thus it is written by the prophet. And thou Bethlehem, in the land of Juda, art not the least among the princes of Juda: for out of thee shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel.” Then Herod, when he had privily called the wise men, enquired of them diligently what time the star appeared. And he sent them to Bethlehem, and said, “Go and search diligently for the young child; and when ye have found him, bring me word again, that I may come and worship him also.”

When they had heard the king, they departed; and lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy. And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him: and when they had opened their treasures, they presented unto him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh. And being warned of God in a dream that they should not return to Herod, they departed into their own country another way. And when they were departed, behold, the angel of the Lord appeareth to Joseph in a dream, saying, “Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and flee into Egypt, and be thou there until I bring thee word: for Herod will seek the young child to destroy Him.” When he arose, he took the young child and his mother by night, and departed into Egypt: And was there until the death of Herod: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying. Out of Egypt have I called my son.

Then Herod, when he saw that he was mocked of the wise men, was exceeding wroth, and sent forth, and slew all the children that were in Bethlehem, and in all the coasts thereof, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had diligently enquired of the wise men. But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeareth in a dream to Joseph in Egypt, saying, “Arise, and take the young child and his mother, and go into the land of Israel: for they are dead which sought the young child's life.” And he arose, and took the young child and his mother, and came into the land Israel. But when he heard that Archelaus did reign in Judaea in the room of his father Herod, he was afraid to go thither...And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, He shall be called a Nazarene.

    A Christmas Prayer

Our Father, have mercy and by thy grace guide us into a deeper understanding of His love for us. May He strengthen our faith for the years to come. May our lives proclaim to all the “Glad tiding of great joy”; and may we ever look to Thee for comfort and strength. We do pray in the name of the only Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

    Amen.

  • God's Gift, Merry Christmas!

For our family 2009 has been a year full of blessings. We are most thankful for my continued employment, making it through the several layoffs this year. God is most gracious in His provisions! I have also enjoyed brewing beer and blogging.

We are grateful for the ability to have my wife stay at home another year to homeschool our youngest at age 15. It is a blessing to have mom there to keep the home fires burning with everyone's busy schedules. She also get to relax with nature journaling and scrapbooking.

Speaking of busy schedules, my oldest girl is most thankful to finally being done with school. She graduated summa cum laude from Carroll University, majoring in graphic communication and commercial art. She accepted an offer from a local business to stay on after her internship there and is grateful for the steady employment. Most of all, we are pretty sure she is thankful for Steven, “wonderful” young man from Mississippi who has been courting her this year.

Having graduated in June, my son is happy to be done with high school! We are all thankful for his admission to UW-Washington County and that his first semester is going well. Did you know that playing ping-pong with two tables put end-to-end is awesome!? It is just one of the extra curricular activities he's "created" on campus.

And my youngest is thankful for God's beautiful creation which she has been capturing with her camera this past year. (She's also thankful for extended warranties that replace dropped and damaged cameras!) She is thankful for friends, soccer, volleyball, her numerous house plants and her dwarf hamster, Honey.

We pray that God has blessed you all with a year of growing in His love and care. May you have a beautiful Christmas season full of wonderful new memories as you celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour.

He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest: and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David: And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end”. - Luke 1:32,33

    Merry Christmas!

  • The homosexuals have lost 31 times now. Enough already.

Here is the tally for the victory in Maine.

The people have spoken again, again, and again. Thirty-one times total the people voting "no we don't think it is right". And it isn't.

This time with such force that it was a very hefty victory.

The Governor had signed it into law. The people immediately went into action to overturn it. With one hundred thousand signatures gathered within a very restricted window of time the people got it put onto the state ballot for the PEOPLE to decide.

Now the state wide vote to nail it shut. There were overwhelming advantages on the "same sex" marriage law's side and yet it was defeated. Enough is enough.

    REJECT SAME-SEX MARRIAGE LAW
    Yes 299483 52.81%
    No 267574 47.19%

    Have a blessed day.

  • Our "motion" detector isn't working!

The entire back yard has no nearby lights and is quite dark with woods on the back edge. I cannot see to the woods and my small lamp on the side of the house doesn't help enough to see any better. I can imagine packs of raccoons walking the yard unseen and a deer or two as well. I know the neighbor's have been over also to snatch their dog back to their own yard. All mostly unseen intrusions onto my own property.

There were no harm in those actions. Yet, if a profligate person comes in the night to steal from the home or worse, wouldn't a motion detector in the perimeter help as a defense? Yes, it would. It sheds light upon the evil being done and the perpetrator runs off, for it is written, John 3:20, "for everyone practicing evil hates the light and does not come to the light, lest his deeds should be exposed." It is our families' first line of defense if ever needed.

I mounted it and had some initial troubles but it's solid enough for a squirrel to hang from without breaking it. Plenty of them around too. I then put it to the test by challenging my 18 year old son, "IF you can make it from the woods to my back door and knock on the door without lighting up any of the flood lights, I'll give you a five dollar bill." Being a poor college student, the offer was immediately accepted. My entertainment value of five dollars was fulfilled numerous times! He had fun and was rewarded for his success.

Freedom is not available when it's not safe to go outside. Freedom exists when strength is exercised in ridding the areas of darkness. It takes strength and wisdom to get to own property, it also takes strength and wisdom to preserve that freedom to possess it.

HOW are you and I suppose to preserve our freedom? If we do not see the issues in our own back yard how are we going to make sense of what is happening in Washington? There are spiritual battles in high political places. Are we seeing the battle? Tell me, if it is worth putting up a motion sensor in your back yard to preserve your safety and push back the darkness, isn't it worth while also to put some kind of monitor in the halls of Washington?

As the House and Senate convene to make more laws to remove our freedoms, what are we listening to to understand what is being done and I mean being done "to us"? We need a very special "motion" sensor. It has to sense not the physical motion but instead the "intent" of legislation presented by a Senator or Representative. Their "motions" on the floor are a threat to "We the People".

We need a network of people who are sincere, understanding of the battle at hand, brave and strong in many ways. This "liberal motion sensor" has to be mounted inconspicuously on the halls of congress. Right now only the finest liberals are conniving together behind closed doors debating on how to write a bigger and better health care insurance bill. These are the things our motion sensor has to shed its light upon and so bright that it burns the flesh of the perpetrator before he even runs out of the yard or in this case out of congress. Ha, that would be great.

Our current system isn't working. It's like the motion sensor is not set sensitive enough any more and many motions get by us without the light even turning on. The Constitution is the reference point and our "liberal motion" sensor has to be constructed accordingly. There cannot be any flaws in it otherwise it becomes a mere beacon for mosquitoes and moths to flutter against because we'll not be able to rely upon it. Do you know any of those types of non-alarms?

What are the current motion sensors? They are local news stations reporting on cross walks being overly used instead of the real news in our local councils or mayor's office. Talking heads on the major news stations, ABC, MSNBC, Fox... are NOT set for constitutional reference but rather their own agenda, preferences and the UN's. The radio talk show hosts have shot their own good candidates in attempts to preserve their "conservative" movement, what ever that is. What happened to all those promises in 1994?

So, tell me what or who are your motion detectors in Congress? Send me an email or comment below with a few of your "motion detectors" listed.

If you don't have a motion detector, well, what are you waiting for? First, search your bible for understanding and ability to discern that which is running in the darkness. WE THE PEOPLE need to push back the darkness in this land and make Freedom ring again so prosperity may flourish again.

I warned my son, the area he was crawling through seemed to be the area the dog stopped often. Too late, he confirmed it soon afterward. I need to make it that tough for "liberal motions" to get passed this new "motion sensor" in Washington. When that light comes on them shining hard and from many directions I hope to expose all the crap sticking on them as they stand up accused in OUR light of discernment!

Remember this knife fight in "Saving Private Ryan"? I've always thought of the man, with the knife slowly entering his heart, as being America. While, the American citizens are represented by the guy on the steps unwilling to take the risk in saving it. The soldier at the top of the steps at the end of the clip? Please, tell me what or who you think he represents.

    God bless.

    Have a great day!

  • In Memoriam: Christopher J. Klicka

    A message from HSLDA.....

A longtime champion of homeschooling rights around the globe, Home School Legal Defense Association Senior Counsel and Director of State and International Relations Christopher J. Klicka was called home by his Lord on October 12, 2009, at age 48, following a 15-year battle with multiple sclerosis. An attorney, spokesman, lobbyist, and homeschooling husband and father, Chris is survived by his wife, Tracy, their seven children (ages 11–21), and his parents, Ardath and George Klicka.

“Chris was both a people person and a goal person. He cared deeply about people, but was also driven to always do more!” says HSLDA President J. Michael Smith. “He was the most determined person I ever met in my life. Even with all the things he accomplished every day at HSLDA, he continually wanted to tackle new challenges and serve homeschoolers in more and better ways. He was so focused on the homeschooling world, but he was also very much focused on his family and dedicated to raising his children.”

An integral part of Home School Legal Defense Association’s staff for 24 years, Chris was HSLDA’s first full-time employee, first executive director, and first full-time attorney. He believed passionately that homeschooling was the best educational method for children and demonstrated that passion in every area of his life.

Chris and Tracy homeschooled all seven of their children. He traveled across the United States (and around the world) defending families’ right to homeschool and advocating homeschooling. He participated in countless radio interviews on homeschooling issues. He wrote five books on homeschooling, penned numerous articles, and had two more books in progress when he passed away. He lobbied state legislators, U.S. senators, and foreign diplomats to support homeschooling. He sought greater freedom for homeschooling parents and students in every area—from local school districts to sports associations, college admissions departments, and military recruitment requirements. He sought to educate the educators, truant officers, policemen, judges, and even social workers about the benefits and legality of homeschooling.

Even deeper than his passion for homeschooling was his deep love for his Lord. We may never know how many people Chris inspired to homeschool or continue homeschooling, or how many people he inspired to draw near to his Lord.

“Chris’s accomplishments as a lawyer for homeschooling are clear and of value that cannot be overstated. He was one of the most important pioneers of our movement,” says HSLDA Chairman Mike Farris. “He believed that this truly is God’s way to teach children to love God. He believed it deeply. His conviction was infectious. He was a man of single-hearted devotion that I have never, ever seen equaled. The passion that Chris felt for the mission to which God called him never, ever, ever, ever dimmed, even slightly.”

HSLDA deeply appreciates and honors Chris’s life and his dedicated contribution to our organization and to homeschooling. Our staff will miss him more than we can express, and we are praying with and for his family. The homeschooling movement has lost one of its greatest advocates and friends, but Chris leaves an incredible legacy of freedom and awareness of homeschooling to the thousands of homeschooled students whose parents have made The Right Choice.

”I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Now there is in store for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day-and not only to me, but also to all who have longed for his appearing.“ II Timothy 4:7-8

”Be faithful, even to the point of death, and I will give you the crown of life.“ Revelation 2:10

  • Church compromsing on standards for Society

All must praise God for His goodness, His Law is to be praised above His name.

It is written in Romans, "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections; for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature. And likewise also the men left the natural use of the woman, and burned in their lust one toward another, and man with man wrought filthiness, and received in themselves such recompense of their error, as was meet."

Or, in Leviticus God also tells us, "The man also that lieth with the male, as one lieth with a woman, they have both committed abomination;"

To the people who are unable to see clearly, God has not made His mystery known to mankind. His righteous rule for us and His character have been revealed to us through His scriptures. Consider the many articles today about the homosexual activity in America. Comfort is knowing God is in control of all things and there is goodness in reading his word and sharing it with others. God warns us that the wicked desire to suppress the truth for there is no love of God in their hearts. Their hatred conquers their love and so they seek to scoff at anything which reflects His glory or likeness i.e. His people and their righteous desires.

Looking at a sampling of news lets look at the trends inside and outside the church and compare with the verses we've read above. The Lutheran church once comprised of the ALC, LCA, Wisconsin and Missouri Synods. Two of these have been hanging on to their roots while the other two had left it and merged into the ELCA. The church's role is to hold onto the truth and teach the people, ELCA has decided that marriage is no longer restricted to one man and one woman. This church (homosexual comforter) had planned to vote on allowing the marriage of two men or two women together. The meeting, discussion and voting occurred during an amazingly rare storm and tornado which damaged the convention center and knocked down a cross off the church next door. Minneapolis had not seen a tornado in their midst for many years. Could there really be something God was trying to say during ELCA's convention? I think God works His ways into chastising a people, and this nation has been falling for a long time. ELCA voted to look the other way when it comes to homosexuals being married or leaders in their church, i.e. ministers. Read here for complete voting story. God intervenes?

Now comparing the actions of this ELCA (Evangelical Lutheran Church of America) with the rest of the society outside of the church. The church validated the sodomy life style and similar actions and chose to comfort them in their sins rather than teaching them God's warnings.

So, how are the actions of this church any different from the actions of a Kevin Jennings school teacher with a child in school? He was "unable" to counsel this youth in the direction he should go. When Jennings was told about an adult and child (man/boy) encounter by the child what did he say to him? Jennings offered the boy advice: "I hope you used a condom.'" Jennings gave him familiarity and comfort in that lifestyle during a time which Jennings should have help him greatly. That boy now a man hostile about this issue now states about his wise counsel recieved, "Were it not for Mr. Jennings' courage and concern for my well-being at that time in my life, I doubt I'd be the proud gay man that I am today."  His councellor Jennings now regrets it but for wrong reasons. Indeed, a sad opportunity lost and yet there is always hope for these two to see the light. But is there hope for a church such as the ELCA which has gone apostate?!

Don't you agree though that the church named ELCA has succommed to the culture and sinfulness of society instead of being that beacon of hope and teaching what is right and wrong. Mr. Jennings isn't just a casual person on some street or in a school somewhere, no its worse. He is head of the Education Department's Office of Safe & Drug Free Schools appointed by our President Obama.  Get rid of him by going here.

Read about the movement to oust this Jennings here.

So, as our schools and churches go, so go our morals and standards. As our morals and standards go, so go our self government. As goes our self government, so go our country's government. I see this nation going down hill into a pit of sin. Repent America! There is always hope!

    Have a blessed day!

  • Honduras, similar to Kenya....being forced into Socialism!

The media supports the movement of Socialism internationaly as well.

I am amazed at many editors' articles about Honduras! They are very good at twisting the events to suit their socialist/communist agendas. They are bringing forth the only idea of supporting democracy and the rule of law in Honduras is agreeing to a bringing back ousted Zelaya and his cronies. These attempts of doublethink are really an insult to the informed readers of the WP.

The desired so called solution of merging a "unity government" under international supervision is a Trojan horse. It seeks to undermind a constitutional government and a free Honduran people.

This "unity government" reminds me of the wicked compromising solution forced upon Kenya during its murderous Odinga campaign in 2007! The U.S. and our state department were also involved in the "international community's" socialist solution after Kenyas free elections. Since the "unity government" installment, we still have not stopped our push of socialism in Kenya.

Honduras is being setup to follow the path of Kenya it seems to me.

Remember this headline? "29 February 2008 – Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki(the goodguy if there is one) and opposition leader Raila Odinga(the badguy definitely) yesterday signed a "power-sharing" agreement to restore peace to a country that has been engulfed by violence since the disputed presidential elections there in December."

This is what I see happening with U.S. forcing socialism upon Honduras. For Kenya, the free elections elected Kibaki (good guy) but this wasn't good enough because the loser (Odinga) decided to go on a  country wide terrorizing rioting spree. With 1300 people murdered, and 300,000 people displaced the turmoil at the grass roots was foistered.  This was the sign that "multi-nationalist" influences again are needed in order to get the country to comply to communist ideals.

See this for Honduras? I do. Shame on the U.S foreign policy and state department. Oh, and guess who, at that time, "vetted" presidential candidate Obama supported during and after Kenya's 2007 elections? Yes, Odinga, assisting back then and now the socialist side of conflicts. Surprised? I'm not, why are you?

How is Obama someone who favors freedom for us when he evidently doesn't support the freedoms of people in other nations?

    Have a blessed day,

    Todd

  • Senator Edward Kennedy dies at age 77

Is this a bad thing? I believe it is in the sense that he did not exhibit the saving knowledge of Christ nor the desire to follow Christ before he died.

It is a good thing because it ends his fight against the freedoms our Constitution aims to protect. God's will be done.

It was questionable if he could even make a difference anymore considering his health and how Obama has prior to Kennedy's health issues become the "higher standard" of representing the ideals of the more extreme liberal or socialist left.

May his family find peace in the Lord
